Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Paypal, and Money Orders.
Actual shipping is added to all orders. If paying by paypal, we will submit a payment request for the shipping cost once the order is ready to ship. Payment
must be received within 3 days or the order will be cancelled, your product payment refunded and all items returned to stock.
Please note that when you pay with paypal, your payment is made immediately when you place your order. When paying with credit card you will be charged
when your order ships. This applies to both in stock and per-order items.
If paying by money order, money orders must be received within 10 days of the order being placed. We will contact you once as a reminder. After that your
order will be cancelled and all items returned to stock.

maintaining your privacy and protecting your personal information! We will never sell, trade, rent, or otherwise share any personally identifiable
information about you to any third party. Cut and Paste Paper Arts uses industry standard technology to protect your data from use, misuse or alteration
by unauthorized third parties. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encrypts your personal information including credit card information as it is transferred
over the Internet.

Return Policy & Quality Assurance
All orders are inspected and checked before shipment to insure accuracy and that the product is in excellent condition but mistakes can happen.
If for some reason your item is defective, we will gladly accept the item returned within 15 days for a credit or replacement.
Regular priced merchandise that is unused and unopened in new, resellable condition, can be returned within 15 days at your shipping expense. Clearance
items can not be returned unless the item is defective. All returns must be authorized by Cut & Paste Paper Arts.
Backorder & Out-of-Stock Items
Occasionally an item on our site will be out of stock. If you prefer to not accept back-orders please let us know during checkout. Otherwise we will
back-order it for you. We will notify you of the expected ship date. Clearance items are normally limited in quantity so we will not backorder any sale
or clearance items.
Add-ons or Cancellations on Orders
Please shop carefully as it is not possible to add to a submitted order. You will need to place another order. If you send us and email with the order
numbers, we will do our best to combine the orders for best shipping.
If you need to cancel an item from an order, please let us know as soon as possible. If an order has already shipped, you must follow our return policy.

For local customers, the option to pick up in store is available. Please select it as your chosen shipping method.
After you place your order, we will calculate shipping and add it to the cost of your order. Lightweight embellishments often can ship at a first class rate.
Please note that ALL paper must ship in a box - light orders go Priority Mail, heavier orders go UPS.
If you would like insurance added to any order, please contact us. Please note that we are not responsible for orders that the postal service has
confirmed delivery as that is proof that we have sent the item and the USPS has delivered it to your address - we suggest sending to an alternate
address if you are not going to be home to receive packages or if your door is not in a secure location for packages to be left.
